The auditions for The Slutcracker 2009 have passed, and roles will be announced soon!
In the meantime, the vault has been opened: check out last year's well-loved classy bar (complete with hot-glue-affixed nutcracker), battery costume remnant -- and oh, yeah, that candycane penis. (What! Did somebody put baby in the corner?):

Official: Slutcracker Auditions, Sunday August 16th!
Are you a lover of the circus? Adept with translucent fans? Capable of dancing on your toes, with a rose in your teeth, while removing articles of clothing?
Color us intrigued.
To register:
Please email auditions@theslutcracker.com with a succinct resume of your performance abilities and experiences, which you deem appropriate for The Slutcracker.
You will be required at the audition to learn and perform some choreography and you must prepare a solo performance piece, no more than 3 minutes long. Bring your music on a CD if applicable.
You may be photographed or videotaped at the audition, but no images or footage of you will be used beyond the private viewing of the director without your written consent.
